Element Talks is an initiative of fresh-graduated Graphic Designers from the University of Arts in Poznań, Paulina Kacprzak and Olga Rafalska. We are organizing the conference, events and exhibitions associated with designers’ entrepreneurship.

Element Talks is the largest Polish conference for designers, architects, freelancers, graphic designers and people that feel connected to the world of design. During four days of lectures, workshops and consultations, our participants meet the biggest names from the world of global graphic design. It is an extraordinary event combining the fields of design and business.
We help young designers and people associated with the design industry to efficiently develop business skills. The main objectives of the event are education and professional integration of the design environment.
People aged 20 - 45 years
Mainly from large cities in Central and Western Europe.
Many of them have their own companies or hold a creative position in advertising agencies or design studios.
With truly high aspirations they are developing professionally in a very dynamic way.

Element Interview - a stimulation of job interviews that take place during Element Talks conference. We want our younger participants to have a chance to try how well they will do during a potential job interview with the employer. That is why we have invited representatives of respected design studios, advertising agencies and publishing houses to talk with our participants. More information can be found under Interviews.
